Joe grew up in a hardworking middle-class Midwestern family and was taught values like respect, speaking their mind, and keeping promises. As a young adult, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served on the U.S.S. Puget Sound, where he learned to be a leader and were promoted multiple times. After leaving the Navy, Joe entered the lending business and quickly rose through the ranks, eventually running a large branch and becoming credit manager for the fastest-growing office in the country. He also attended college courses related to his business. Later, Joe opened his own mortgage company, which was recognized as one of the fastest- growing businesses in the state. He also had ownership roles in two successful title insurance companies. In 2005, he moved to Southwest Florida and transitioned into real estate, quickly finding success and selling 32 houses in his first year. He has since remained at the top level of his profession and in 2014, Joe started Gulf Coast Realty, LLC with the Haubiel family, achieving success and recruiting great agents. Joe finds joy in the positive impact he has had on others' careers and lives. In his free time, him and his wife, Jan, enjoy boating and traveling.
